SharePro CRM backoffice requires the latest version of IE

1. Download and Install the latest version of Internet Explorer.
   (Click here to download IE8) and (For information on IE9 click here)
2. the Default Security Level should be set to Medium and
3. the new Protected Mode option provided in IE8 and IE9 must be disabled.

(Step by step instructions are given below. If you are not sure how to do this please ask your IT engineer)


Open Internet Explorer and Click on Tools -> Internet Options


Click on the Security Tab


Click on the Internet icon and Click on Default Level


Drag the Security Level to Medium and untick Enable Protected Mode


To the Question "The current security settings will put your computer at risk


Now Close and restart Internet Explorer
You may see a message on the lower edge asking whether you want to "Dont ask this question again" or "Enable Protected mode", Select "Dont ask this question again"
