This invaluable technology is provided by Standard Software Pvt.Ltd. developers of SharePro - India’s No.1 Backoffice Software and the data that you see, as an Investor / Trader / MF / DP Account Holder/ is provided by your broker / depository / ARN. If you are a Sub-Broker / Authorized Person / Remisier / Dealer / Sales Representative / Relationship manager / Introducer it is provided by your business partner.
Use the APP to view your real-time positions/holdings across all products/asset classes in the financial spectrum from any part of the world. You only need to have an account or business relation with any Stock/Commodity Broker, MF Distributor, Depository Participant, NBFC, PMS who uses the SharePro Backoffice Infrastructure.
How do I know if my Stock/Commodity Broker, MF Distributor, Depository Participant, NBFC or PMS uses SharePro Backoffice ?
- If you see the SharePro logo (the 2 Ss enclosed in a circle) on the web login page where you see your statements, reports or
- If the HTML/PDF reports received by you by email mentions SharePro/Stansoft in the header/footer or
- If physical statements/reports or other documents received by you by courier mentions SharePro/Stansoft in the header/footer
it is a clear indication that this agency uses SharePro Backoffice Infrastructure. Then check if they have subscribed to the SharePro CRM or SharePro Connect or SharePro Web Connect. You could simply ask the RM/any other person assigned to your account or just call the call centre
END USER AGREEMENT
The SharePro AIR is a presentation tool that enables you to use mobile devices to access web logins provided to you by specific financial intermediaries with whom you are already registered and have an agreement. Your activity is governed by this agreement and overall by the relevant regulatory bodies like SEBI, RBI, NSE, BSE, MCX, MCXSX, ACE, UCX, NCDEX, DGCX and NMCE.
DEVICES: Though the SharePro APP allows you to access such information on a variety of devices of various shapes and sizes you agree that it may not be optimized for your specific device shape or size. It may not work on some devices too, and Standard Software Pvt.Ltd. has no obligation to provide access on every device that exists.
PRIVACY POLICY: The user IDs, passwords and financial data is stored on the servers maintained by your registered financial intermediaries and not on SharePro servers (we do not provide servers of our own), your data moves from point to point through Internet Service Providers, viewed by IT administrators/security professionals and in addition to that, it maybe stored locally on your device. The data stored on your device may persist even if you logout or uninstall the app or format the device so. Please ensure you device data is wiped clean before selling to someone or giving to someone to use.
No data is stored on SharePro or Standard Software properties or viewable by SharePro or Standard Software during regular use. No user data is shared with external 3rd parties explicitly. Sometimes, we may conduct data mining and analysis exercises for which your data is provided by your finanial intermediary, such exercises are simply to improve the user experience or for some regulatory compliance but never for revenue. We will never sell your data.
3rd PARTY DATA: The APP may also display information from other 3rd party sites on which neither the financial intermediary nor SharePro AIR have any control. Such 3rd party data may be utilized to help you view your data in a more meaningful way and a better user experience hence SharePro or Standard Software Pvt.Ltd. is not responsible for any wrong / distorted / erroneous display of data from 3rd parties which may result in financial loss. Standard Software Pvt.Ltd. reserves the right to decide when/whether to continue or to change or discontinue such 3rd party services based on consistently incorrect data
AS IS WITH ALL FAULTS: This software itself is provided on a ’AS IS WITH ALL FAULTS’ basis hence SharePro or Standard Software Pvt.Ltd. is not responsible for any wrong / distorted / erroneous display of data which may result in financial loss so please check with your registered financial intermediary and registered financial advisers before making or refraining from making any financial decisions.
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: You agree that Standard Software Pvt.Ltd. (including its and their officers, directors, employees, affiliates, group companies agents, representatives or subcontractors) shall not in any event be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use SharePro AIR for any purpose whatsoever. SharePro AIR and it's affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall have no liability in tort, contract, or otherwise to user and/or any third party.
NOTIFY US: If at any time you believe that SharePro AIR or its associated Financial Intermediaries have not adhered to these principles, please notify us by e-mail at info@stansoftware.com and we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to promptly determine and correct the problem.
JURISDICTION: The terms of this agreement are exclusively based on and subject to Indian law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Kolkata, India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this service. Use of this service is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
